Surgery department was established in 1988 as a part of its expansion in general hospital. Today department of surgery is furnished with modern, advanced surgical equipment both for diagnostic and operative purposes. It has separate male and female surgical wards, well equipped operation theater complex, pre and post-operative wards and state of the art surgical intensive care unit (ICU).

ENT
This department was established in the year 2000. Still, it is undergoing the phase of growth and expansion. It is equipped with state of the art diagnostic and therapeutic equipment headed by an active surgeon under whose leadership the department is now considered to be one of the most active and established department of FMH
ENT procedures such as Tonsillectomy, Endoscopic Sinus Surgery, Septoplasty, Treatment of Vertigo and Hearing loss are available.
OPHTHALMOLOGY
The department of Ophthalmology, Fatima Memorial Hospital was established in 2000 major improvement carried out in 2004 and then in 2009 in the form of addition of state of the art ophthalmic equipment with development of new outdoor facility and specialist care ophthalmic setup.It provides patient with medical care, teaching and training to allied health sciences and medical students. The outdoor facility is available for six days a week from 8 am to 2 pm and the patients with ophthalmic diseases are given the best management and treatment at the department.
UROLOGY
The urology department of the hospital offers a complete range of services which include endoscopic and minimal invasive surgery. It also has experts on male sexual health including infertility.
