Getting on Panel

How long does the corporate onboarding process take?+

The full onboarding process — from initial enquiry to your employees receiving care — typically takes two to four weeks. This covers the needs assessment meeting, proposal development, agreement signing, and system setup. Urgent cases can often be accommodated on a provisional basis while the formal agreement is being finalised.

Is there a minimum company size or headcount to get on the FMH corporate panel?+

No fixed minimum headcount is required. FMH works with organisations of varying sizes — from SMEs to large corporates. The healthcare package and pricing are customised based on the number of covered employees and their dependants, as well as the scope of services required.

Can we get on the FMH panel even if we already have an insurance provider?+

Yes. FMH supports both direct corporate panel arrangements and insurance-linked access. If your organisation uses one of the 18 insurance companies on FMH's panel, your employees can access care through cashless or reimbursement billing. If you operate on a direct billing model, FMH can set that up independently of any insurance arrangement.

Yes — dependent coverage can be included in the corporate package. The scope of dependant coverage (spouse, children, parents) is discussed and agreed during the proposal stage based on your organisation's requirements and budget.

What does priority care mean for corporate patients?+

Corporate patients receive fast-tracked admission processing, dedicated case handling from arrival through to discharge, and a direct point of contact within the corporate services team. This reduces wait times, simplifies billing, and ensures a more seamless hospital experience compared to walk-in patients.

How does direct billing work for corporate clients?+

For organisations on a direct billing arrangement, FMH raises invoices directly to the company rather than the individual patient. Monthly or periodic billing cycles are agreed in the contract. A dedicated billing officer from the corporate team manages all invoicing, queries, and reconciliation on your behalf.
